One of the more popular “house” rituals:  when the hotel is still silent, the pleasure of walking barefoot along the 2 km water edge, before breakfast which, here, looks more like Sunday brunch.

Spend the night in the hut overlooking the beach and gardens, for the ultimate celebration of a special occasion, or just because you want to!  Built in a pine tree and made entirely of wood, it is both intimate and comfortable.  You are sure to sleep well, soothed by the whispering waves, and you will wake up to the delightful song of bluetits…

Their motto: authenticity, seasonal produce and simplicity.
